I am so excited that I FINALLY started to create this
restaurant list in February of 2008! Your feedback would be
great, so we can continue to add to this growing list of
restaurants.
And a special thank-you to Gigi Chirstensen! Gigi is
currently studying to be a Nutrition Educator at Bauman
College. Not only did she contribute several updates to this
list, she personally helped me organize this round of August
2009 updates. And it was a biggie! Thank you, thank
you!
I'd love to hear about other states beyond
Colorado too. I find that almost anywhere can give you grilled
protein and some lettuce leaves, but I want to hear about
those restaurants that go above and beyond, giving you a great
GF dining experience!
Please note that this list is accurate to the best of
my knowledge. Items often change on menus, so you will always
want to double check with the restaurant and your
server.
