Spring is the most powerful time of year to cleanse. The inward energy of
Winter transforms into the wakeful, energetic of Spring. The body is supported
by the warmth and waters of Spring to shed it's cocoon and do some deep cleaning
in preparation for the active months of Summer.
Spring relates to the element of wood because of all the new growth and
sprouting forth. The plants add sprouts, then branches, then flowers, then
fruit. This abundant growth is regulated by the liver and gallbladder. The
liver is our primary organ of cleansing and eliminating new and stored toxins.
When the liver is backed up we see anger, depression and irritability and a lack
of smooth flow of all the emotions. The gallbladder decides when to release the
bile in relationship to digesting fats, moving the bowels and eliminating toxic
bile. It is said to literally help with decision making and courage in our
emotional lives. The liver is our chemical factory. It has major roles in our
hormone health, skin clarity, eye brightness, emotional upliftedness, muscle and
tendon flexibility, blood sugar stability, cholesterol and much
more.
The Year of the Tiger has arrived! Tigers have the ability to
think on their feet, and have a primal desire for adventure and first-hand
experience of life. Massive changes can be part of a Tiger year. Our bodies
"think on their feet" when they are adaptable, vital and unburdened. Our bodies
support us in our adventures when we feel well. This cleanse will assist us in
allowing greater health and healthy changes to settle into our bodies. Have you
felt the call?
This cleanse will benefit those who experience: excess mucus, poor
immunity, food allergies, coughs, bronchitis, sinus and ear infections, asthma,
skin problems, headaches, fatigue, gas, constipation, diarrhea, hormone issues,
temperature changes, heart and circulatory issues, blocked weight loss,
toxicity of any kind and many others. |

What Former-Cleansers Experienced:
"Dear Debbie and Ty-Many thanks for supporting the spring cleanse! This has been a great learning experience and
wonderful for my digestive tract! Your depth of knowledge about food, the body and the cleanse
process is incredible. Your ability to
communicate through the handouts and answering questions is highly
effective. There's so much good info in
the handouts, I know I read through them at least twice a week." -Nancy M.
"Thank you for the
opportunity to participate in a cleanse. I so appreciate you sharing your
knowledge, experience, ideas, and recipes. I know everyone's experience is
different, but I felt great throughout the entire cleanse. I think my body was
thanking me for not eating processed foods. I had plenty of energy and did not
have any headaches from omitting coffee, sugar, or white flour. I look forward
to having "cleanse-friendly" foods as 80% of what we eat. Thank you
for the opportunity to try new foods and begin a healthier lifestyle. I look
forward to participating in a cleanse four times a year."
-Sue E, first-time cleanser
"This cleanse has not only been healing for me
emotionally and physically, but it has put into place some healthy eating
patterns that I will carry for the rest of my life and also have benefited my
15 year old daughter. I'm grateful for the program. Also, it seems I now have
no taste for coffee and that is a huge accomplishment I owe to this program." -Lisa E |
